At WiserCare, we are passionate about making it easy for doctors and other clinicians to deliver personalized healthcare to their patients. We create programs that make it easy for them to capture and incorporate patient preferences into healthcare decisions -- and to do so in less time than standard care. We have built a software platform, from the ground up, to make it easy to develop and maintain online shared decision making applications. We have also built administrative tools to deliver these applications to patients, and even to run population health campaigns involving health decisions. WiserCare is often integrated with our customer’s EMR, making it easy to order WiserCare for one patient or all patients with a common diagnosis.  We have delivered improved patient experience that triggers clinical practice growth, improves the appropriate use of services, and enhances the doctor-patient relationship.
